For the building’s facades and roof, sandwich panels with a rock wool core, clad with pre-painted steel sheets, were used. This solution not only provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation but also guarantees high resistance to fire and weathering. Prefabricated concrete panels in a light gray tone were installed on the lower portion of the facades. The windows, for their part, are made with lacquered aluminum frames, incorporating thermal break and double glazing, which contributes significantly to the energy efficiency of the building, reducing heat loss and improving interior comfort.
The pavilion’s design takes into account all current regulations regarding safety, health, and efficiency. Specific measures have been implemented to prevent humidity, ensure sound insulation, and protect the building against fire, thus guaranteeing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
Regarding the facilities, the building has all the necessary services for the proper development of business activities. It has an electricity supply, a water supply network, a telecommunications system with a telephone line, and a broadband connection for the offices. In addition, a comprehensive security system has been installed, including closed-circuit television with interior cameras, an alarm connected to a central monitoring station, and an intercom system that allows access control from the administrative area. All of this contributes to creating a modern, safe, and efficient environment, in line with Barquín y Otxoa’s vision of growth and professionalization.
