Industrial Design, Prefabricated Structure, and Construction Efficiency
Located in the Abra Industrial Park, the building is situated on an industrial plot following functional and urban planning criteria, respecting the minimum required distances from roads and adjacent plots. The main access is located on the front facade of the building, facilitating both vehicle access and staff circulation.
The single-story, rectangular building is constructed with a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structure composed of highly resistant and durable columns and beams.
The facades and roof are constructed using sandwich panels with a rock wool core and a pre-lacquered steel sheet finish, providing thermal and acoustic insulation, fire resistance, and protection against the elements. Prefabricated concrete panels are incorporated into the lower portion of the facade, reinforcing the building’s durability and industrial appearance.
The exterior joinery consists of lacquered aluminum profiles with thermal break and double glazing, improving interior comfort and the building’s energy performance.
Technical Installations and Industrial Safety
The project incorporates all the necessary installations for the proper functioning of the business, including electricity, water supply, telecommunications, and broadband internet access for the administrative areas.
The building also features a comprehensive security system of closed-circuit video surveillance, an alarm connected to a central monitoring station, and access control via an intercom system in the office area.
The renovation was carried out in accordance with current regulations regarding safety, health, and energy efficiency, incorporating specific insulation, fire protection, and humidity control solutions to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional work environment.
