The home sits on a 618 m² plot, with a constructed area of 195 m² spread over two floors. The orientation has been carefully studied to maximize the entry of natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The seemingly simple geometry of the building is enriched by a twist in the kitchen volume, which not only adds dynamism to the complex but also allows for a private terrace off the master bedroom, creating an intimate and privileged space.
Access to the home is achieved with formal clarity and spatial solidity. The corner of the volume is emptied to create a welcoming entrance, defined by pure lines and fine materials. The exterior design is characterized by white finishes, which reflect the Mediterranean light and provide a fresh feel, and by large vertical and horizontal windows that establish a fluid connection between the interior and exterior. This architectural transparency allows the home to breathe, open to the landscape, and transform with the light throughout the day.
One of the project’s greatest achievements is its integration with the natural surroundings. The lower floor opens onto an outdoor space conceived as an extension of the home: a relaxation area equipped with contemporary furniture, a straight-lined pool that reflects the sky, and discreet, native vegetation that frames the home without competing with it.
The architecture of Cala Llonga 387 emphasizes formal clarity and the absence of superfluous ornamentation. It is a minimalist and contemporary proposal, where each line has purpose and each space responds to a specific need. The pure, unadorned white façade acts as a canvas that changes with the light, reflecting the tones of the sky. Inside, large windows and sliding glass doors allow the spaces to blend with the exterior, creating an open, bright living experience deeply connected to the natural environment.
